After several years of recruiting Hungarian bus and truck drivers for our own and for friendly transport companies, we decided to found Svajci Munka KFT in 2023 and to place skilled workers in Switzerland directly from Hungary.
Proximity on site makes the selection much easier.
The team
After many years in the transport and personnel industry, we decided to move to Hungary. We are locally based in Budapest, in our own property and under our own flag.
We know the needs and wants in Switzerland and Hungary. We cleverly try to combine this. For this purpose, we use our network in both countries.
We can search for the appropriate skilled workers on site and provide them promptly. We also personally check the quality of the candidates on site.
Our customers
Swiss and Liechtenstein companies are our main clients. A large proportion of them work in the transport industry. We maintain good contacts with various other crafts and care professions.
Meier Alex
Owner of Svacimunka KFT. I was born in 1967 in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland. After completing a vocational apprenticeship followed by a master craftsman’s diploma, I worked in the automotive industry for a long time.

MZ Dienstleistungs AG
MZ Dienstleistungs AG is our partner company in Switzerland. This deals with the transport industry. It also holds national and international licences for personnel leasing and for personnel placement.
